Event Master Ticketing

For dance halls and honky-tonks

Dance halls and honky-tonks.
Your crowd, your list.

Weekly country and red-dirt shows, a door that gets slammed at nine, and regulars who come back every month. Sell to them on your own site, keep every one of them in your own list, and keep half the service fee.

Sound familiar?

What we hear from rooms like yours

  • The ticketing company owns your regulars' emails, and markets other shows to them.
  • The door line backs up when the Wi-Fi drops.
  • Settling with the band at 1 a.m. from three different reports.

What you get

Built for your kind of night

A door that works offline

The guest list lives on the phone. Scans queue up and sync when the signal comes back, and QR codes change every 30 seconds so a screenshot doesn't get two people in.

Tables and VIP

GA, reserved tables, VIP and packages on one show, with seating charts where a seat can only ever sell once.

Your regulars, yours

Every buyer lands in your own list. Announce the next show to everyone who came to the last one, from your own domain.

Band settlement

Ticket revenue, door sales, comps and expenses on one payout sheet, with every fee itemized.

Box office and comps

Sell at the window, comp the band, hold seats for the owner.

Half the fee stays with you

The buyer's service fee pays the card processing; what's left is split half and half with you. The refundable-ticket upgrade too.

Flagship venue

Built inside Hochatown Saloon

Event Master wasn't drawn up in an office. It was built inside a working room: 550 inside, 2,500 outside, next to Broken Bow Lake, booking national country and red-dirt acts. Most of what's in it started as something the saloon needed on a show night.

Questions

What rooms like yours ask

Do we have to sell every show here?

No. You choose show by show where tickets come from, so you can move over at your own pace.

Can our door staff use their own phones?

Yes. The scanner is a web page on any phone, with its own front-door login that can't see buyers' contact details.

Put your next show on sale on your own site.
