Event Master Ticketing

For promoters

Promoters.
Every show, every room, one list.

You book shows in other people's rooms. Run a calendar and a page for every show, each at its venue, under your own brand, and keep every buyer from every room in one list that's yours.

Sound familiar?

What we hear from rooms like yours

  • Each venue's ticketing keeps the buyers, so your audience starts from zero every show.
  • Payouts that arrive the week after the show, when the band wants paying tonight.
  • No single place to see what sold across every room.

What you get

Built for your kind of night

A calendar across rooms

Each show names its own room: the show page, the ticket, the confirmation email, the day-before reminder and the calendar feed all say where.

One list across every show

Every buyer from every room goes into your list, so the next announcement reaches all of them.

Money to your own Stripe

Sales pay into your own Stripe account on Stripe's standard schedule, typically two business days, not after the show.

Settlement per show

A payout sheet per show with ticket revenue, comps, expenses and every fee itemized.

Promo codes and comps

Codes for radio and partners, comps for the band and guest list, holds for the room.

Half the fee stays with you

The buyer's service fee pays the card processing; what's left is split half and half with you.

Flagship venue

Built inside Hochatown Saloon

Event Master wasn't drawn up in an office. It was built inside a working room: 550 inside, 2,500 outside, next to Broken Bow Lake, booking national country and red-dirt acts. Most of what's in it started as something the saloon needed on a show night.

Its website, customer list, email campaigns, review requests and staff schedule run on Event Master today. Its ticket sales move onto its own site this season.

Questions

What rooms like yours ask

Do the venues need to use it too?

No. Your shows run on your site whatever the room uses for its own nights.

Does the ticket tell people which room?

Yes. The show page, the ticket, the confirmation email, the day-before reminder and the calendar feed all name the show's venue and address.
