Event Master Ticketing

For restaurants and bars with a stage

Restaurants and bars with a stage.
One site for the whole building.

A kitchen, a bar and a stage on the same night. One website runs the menu, the hours, the shows and the tables, and the people who buy a ticket become people you can invite back for dinner.

Sound familiar?

What we hear from rooms like yours

  • The website, the ticketing and the reservations live in three systems that don't talk.
  • Show buyers never hear about the restaurant, and diners never hear about the shows.
  • Reserved tables sold twice, or not at all.

What you get

Built for your kind of night

Menu, hours and shows on one site

Your staff edit the menu, hours, gallery and show calendar themselves, no developer needed.

Tables and reservations

Sell reserved tables with the show, and take group and private-event enquiries through the same site.

Guest Wi-Fi that builds your list

Guests sign in to the Wi-Fi with their email, so the people in your room become people you can reach, and they're asked for a review after their visit.

Email campaigns

Announce shows and specials to your own list, segmented by who came to what, from your own domain.

Staff scheduling

The weekly schedule, shift requests and a text to staff when it changes, in the same admin.

Half the fee stays with you

The buyer's service fee pays the card processing; what's left is split half and half with you.

Flagship venue

Built inside Hochatown Saloon

Event Master wasn't drawn up in an office. It was built inside a working room: 550 inside, 2,500 outside, next to Broken Bow Lake, booking national country and red-dirt acts. Most of what's in it started as something the saloon needed on a show night.

Its website, customer list, email campaigns, review requests and staff schedule run on Event Master today. Its ticket sales move onto its own site this season.

Questions

What rooms like yours ask

We only do a few ticketed shows a month. Is it worth it?

Ticketing has no monthly fee, so a quiet month costs nothing. Most of the value is the website and the list working every day.

Can we keep our current website?

You can start with ticketing alone, or move the whole site over when you're ready.
